Thursday Food: Water

Hey guys!! It's Betsy here. I hope you enjoyed the guest post that Britt did yesterday:):) I think it was really good. So obviously this post is about water. Now please check out this link and you will be AMAZED at how much water you should drink a day. Just check out the link that has this little quiz:

So I know its really hard to get every bit of water you need, but check out this OTHER link that might scare you into drinking more:):) http://www.naturodoc.com/library/nutrition/water.htm  So about drinking enough water every day, here is some tips to make that EVERYDAY water.

1. Take a water bottle to work/school, when you have water right next to you, you will drink it more. Try to get at least 2 glasses - 16 oz- out of this, if your water bottle won't fit this, then refill it at a water fountain or something.

2. While watching a favorite TV show sip on one full glass.

3. While doing homework or work stuff, try to drink another glass or so.

4. At dinner time, trade the lemonade for water. LEMONADE AND SODAS AND COFFEE AND TEA DON'T COUNT!! Now I know it is IMPOSSIBLE for every meal to drink water- OK it is possible, but NOT fun:):)- so only at dinner time:):)

5. Don't drink a lot at night, just about one glass.
